The regulations apply to the Dom Na Wierchu and Wierchowe Domki property, hereinafter referred to as the Property.

The owner of the Property is Renata Florek, located at ul. Droga na Wierch 12/2, 34-511 Kościelisko; NIP:6811392505, REGON:122765449

Persons staying at the Property are hereinafter referred to as Guests.

The person making a reservation at the Property and paying for the booking is hereinafter referred to as the Booker.

I. Basic information

1. Making a reservation constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these regulations and the Privacy Policy.
2. Guests are obliged to follow health and safety and fire regulations and comply with the Property staff instructions in exceptional situations.
3. In case of violation of the regulations, the Property may refuse further service. Guests are obliged to settle payments and leave the Property immediately.
4. The Booker consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of booking and check-in. They have the right to access and update their data.
5. Reservations are made for the individual or company making the payment.
6. Only persons checked in at the Property reception are entitled to use the Property. Guests may not transfer the rented apartment/cabin to others, even if the paid period has not ended.
7. For fire safety reasons, the use of open flames and electrical devices not part of the equipment (except chargers and power adapters) is prohibited.
8. For fire safety reasons, open flames are prohibited in the Property and its surroundings, and in apartments/cabins additionally: irons, heaters, and other electrical devices not part of the apartment/cabin equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power adapters for electronic devices and computers.
9. The Guest is fully responsible, legally and materially, for any damage or destruction of Property items, equipment, and devices caused by them or their visitors. Compensation is based on the price list available at reception, an invoice documenting actual repair costs, or expert evaluation.
10. If discrepancies in the inventory of the apartment/cabin or damages are found, they must be reported at reception immediately upon check-in. Otherwise, it is assumed that the equipment was complete and undamaged.
11. Guests are particularly obliged to use Property equipment in a manner that does not cause damage or deterioration;
12. The Property’s liability for loss or damage to items brought by Guests is governed by Articles 846–849 of the Civil Code. Liability is limited if items are not deposited at reception. The Property may refuse to store money, securities, or valuable items that threaten safety or exceed reasonable size or value.
13. After the stay, the Guest must report departure so that an employee can check the apartment/cabin.
14. The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.
15. Smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on the Property.
16. In cabins, wearing high heels or shoes that may damage wooden surfaces is prohibited.
17. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
18. Unregistered persons may stay on the Property from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After this time, their stay is considered paid extra according to the price list.
19. The Property does not accept pets.
20. Children and youth under 18 may stay only under adult supervision.
21. The Property reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving offensively.

II. Additional charges

1. The stay price does not include the local fee collected during check-in and transferred to the Municipality account or any other additional charges.
2. The stay fee and local tax of 3 PLN/person/night are collected on the day of arrival at check-in.
3. Children under 2 years old (one per two adults) are free if sleeping in the existing bed. Extra beds cannot be added.
4. Payments on site are accepted both in cash and by card.

III. Deposit

1. A deposit must be made to complete a reservation.
2. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance by the Booker of the booking conditions outlined in these regulations.
3. For a 50% non-refundable offer, the Booker will be charged a 50% prepayment of the total booking price.
4. For a fully non-refundable offer, the Booker will be charged the total booking price as a deposit at any time.
5. Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed period results in cancellation of the booking.

IV. Cancellation of booking

1. Booking cancellation is possible in all cases, but cancellation and refund conditions depend on the type of booked offer.
2. Partially non-refundable offer – if canceled at any time, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining amount will be refunded to the Booker.
3. Refundable offer – if canceled up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival result in 50% deposit non-refundable.
4. If the Guest does not show up, without prior cancellation, the Booker will be charged the total booking amount.
5. Not using the full stay does not entitle the Guest to a refund.

V. Online reservations

1. Reservations can be made through wierchowedomki.pl/rezerwuj
2. To confirm a reservation, the Booker must pay 50% of the total booking value (standard offer) or 100% (non-refundable offer) within one hour of booking.
3. Payment is made via the t-Pay system provided in the booking panel.
4. Online reservations follow the same cancellation and complaint rules as other booking methods, as outlined in sections IV and VI.

VI. Complaint procedure

1. Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding services provided by the Property.
2. The Property only accepts complaints sent electronically to dom.nawierchu@gmail.com within 14 days after the Guest’s stay, or if the stay did not occur, within 14 days from the scheduled stay date.
3. The Property reserves 14 days to process a complaint submitted by a Guest and will notify the Guest of the outcome within this period.

VII. Additional information

1. A free, unguarded parking lot is available. Parking is only in designated areas. The Property is not responsible for vehicles or items left inside.
2. Free WiFi is available throughout the Property.
